- Exchange & Refund policy:
Maa Al Thahaab offers exchanges and returns for products within only fourteen (14) days of the shipment delivery if the shipment is eligible for exchange or return. Products not eligible for our policies cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
To Return or exchange an item, you have to:
1- Contact us on WhatsApp at 01062225678 or via our hotline 17020 and explain the issue in detail - provide product pictures if possible.
2- From our side, if the product is eligible to be exchanged or returned, we will send a courier, and the exchange or return process will be proceeded within 3-4 working days.
3- If the product is returned or exchanged due to any
industrial defects or delivery issues, the exchange or the refund's shipment fees will be free of charge. Still, for any other reason, the exchange or refund shipment fees will be your responsibility to pay.
4-In case of return, your money will be refunded via e-wallets within 7 working days. And note that the shipping fees are non-refundable.
Product eligibility to exchange and return:
1- All of our products are eligible to be exchanged.
2- If there is any industrial defects or delivery issue, the exchange or returned shipment fees will be free of charge.
3- Ensure the product is not used and is in the original packaging.
4- You must return the product in its original packaging, or the courier will refuse to exchange or return it.
Product not eligible to exchange or return:
1- Personal misuse of the product.
2- Damaged package by the customer.
3- Informing the return or refund request after the 14 days grace period.
Gifts and offers exchange and refund:
1- Offers are eligible for exchange with a similar product of the same size and money amount. And consider that you will be responsible for paying its shipment fees.
2- Gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3- If you want to refund an offer, the whole offer items must be refunded in their original form and packaging.
P.S.: Any desires to return the product for personal preference are unacceptable. But you may exchange with bearing the responsibility of paying its shipment fees
