And we at Maa Al Thahaab are honored to have you as a new member of our family, so here's how we handle your order from the minute you purchase it:
- E-mail confirmation will be sent to your given email address containing the goods you have ordered, the chosen payment method, and the total cost.
- We ensure your order is processed accurately and handle it delicately via our in-house inventory supervisors.
- Expected delivery date is from 3 to 4 working days maximum since the moment you finish your purchasing process.
- The Courier will get in touch with you to arrange and recheck the delivery details.
- Congrats! Your order has been delivered; note that the shipping courier can't help you if you're facing any issues with the delivery package. So what should you do if you have any complaints? Check our exchange & return policy.
Though you're on your feet to get your order, kindly note that our working days are from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and both Friday and Saturday are off days and not included in the ordering or shipment process.
P.S.: Be keen on providing an accessible phone number and email at all times, as if the courier tried to contact you within 3 days, and you didn’t reply via a call or a text message; your order will be returned automatically, and you will have to go through the shipment process all over again.
