- E-mail confirmation will be sent to your given email address containing the goods you have ordered, the chosen payment method, and the total cost.
- We ensure your order is processed accurately and handle it delicately via our in-house inventory supervisors.
- One of Egypt's most well-known and respected shipment companies, Aramex, carries the shipment process. All to get your order in time.
- Aramex Couriers will get in touch with you to arrange and recheck the delivery details.
- Congrats! Your order has been delivered; note that the shipping courier can't help you if you're facing any issues with the delivery package. So what should you do if you have any complaints? Check our exchange & return policy.
Though you're on your feet to get your order, kindly note that our working days are from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and both Friday and Saturday are off days and not included in the ordering or shipment process.
