Maa Al Thahab Customer Service working hours are from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As for Fridays and Saturdays, they are off Days.

Can I place my order without Creating anaccount?

Yes, you can place an order without creating a personal account. But for your sake of protection, registering on the website provides you with a complete privacy policy that protects your personal and financial data.

If I placed an order, How long does it take to receive it?

You will get the confirmation email immediately. As for the shipping and delivery process, It will follow our Shipping & delivery policy, and you will get your order within 3 to 4 working days.

Can I track my order through the website?

Of course, you will receive a special tracking link via email once your order has been processed.

How can I return products?

Maa Al Thahab is committed to providing the highest quality delivery service. We are pleased to refund or exchange any product as long as it is returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. I received a discount voucher, but the code is not working; why?

Please note that when you use the discount code for the first time, it cannot be used again, so only use it once you are sure you are ready to order and pay for it.

Most of the reasons why discount codes do not work are: the code has expired, the code has been used for products that do not apply to the use of the discount code, or the minimum order purchasing amount has yet to be reached.

Why has my order been canceled?

Your order may be canceled for several reasons. The most common reasons for this are: -

for us to change the delivery address.

After placing my order, when is payment takenfrom my account?

All payments will be charged once your order is confirmed. This is
applicable on both credit and debit cards.

When you place an order on our website, we will reply to you with an
email confirming your order and all delivery and billing address details,
including all the items you have ordered.

When your order is accepted, you cannot add any other products. However,

How long does the payment refund process take?

Our refund policy is to return the money via
e-wallets within 7 working days after returning the product and ensure it is in
its' original status without any personal misuse
